FAQ

Treatment

What health conditions can ROKiT Telemedicine treat?

We provide care for the majority of common health conditions. You can review a list of the frequently treated medical conditions here.

If my condition cannot be treated through ROKiT Telemedicine, can I still discuss it with a provider?

For non-emergency conditions, network doctors can offer medical advice about your symptoms, treatment options, and answer any other questions you might have.

I have anxiety, ADD, ADHD, or Depression. Can ROKiT Telemedicine help me?

At this time ROKiT Telemedicine does not offer psychiatric care.

Can ROKiT Telemedicine fill out medical forms?

Most forms require an in-person exam. Common examples include driver’s forms, sports physicals, and handicap assessments. If you have a different kind of form, it may be possible for the network providers to help you. Be sure to have as much documentation as possible to share with your provider. You can upload this information to your chart in ROKiT Telemedicine before you begin the consultation.

Can ROKiT Telemedicine's providers order lab tests?

Yes! If necessary, ROKiT Telemedicine’s medical providers can order lab tests for you. It is your responsibility to complete the lab tests in person and have the results sent back to ROKiT Telemedicine in a timely manner for the provider to review.

I have a sinus infection and a weird rash on my arm – can ROKiT Telemedicine help me with both of these in one consultation?

Yes! Network board-certified medical providers are capable of treating multiple conditions per consultation. Please be advised that it is at the provider’s discretion if he/she feels comfortable treating both conditions, or if in-person care is more appropriate.

Common Situations

Parents all know the problem... a child with an earache at 3:00am?

Why wait until the doctor's office opens? Get a consultation overnight, pick up the prescription at your local pharmacy, and get back to bed. No missing work, and no visits to a waiting room.

Travel for a living?

Use ROKiT Telemedicine when you're on the road, from your hotel room, or when reaching your primary care physician isn't possible.

ROKiT Telemedicine helps you to avoid emergency fees for non-emergency care.

Live in a rural area where traveling to see a primary care doctor is inconvenient?

Use ROKiT Telemedicine to save time, money, and gas.
